Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account/Admin Senior Officer to join our team.
- The successful candidate will have a strong accounting background and excellent administrative skills.
- The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Additionally, the incumbent will provide administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and spreadsheets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable.
Administrative:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Train and supervise junior staff members.
- Perform special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and administration.
- Experience in a senior role or leadership position.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
