Job Overview

• We’re seeking an IT Intern to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience.
• This role will provide you with opportunities to learn and assist our IT team in their daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with system setup and provisioning.
• Monitor internet links and SIP providers.
• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular system health checks and maintain safety standards.
• Update and maintain asset inventory.
• Monitor service desk performance and SLAs.
• Manage user requests and prioritize tasks.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with global policies.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
