Job Description
- Our client seeks vigilant and proactive Security Personnel to ensure the safety of people and property within their premises.
- The ideal candidate will be dependable, attentive, and able to respond effectively to emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and address security risks.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.
- Enforce the organization’s security policies and procedures.
- Maintain a log of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
- Operate and monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems.
- Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Provide assistance to staff and visitors to maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security operations, preferably in a professional or corporate setting.
- Certification in security training or related fields is an advantage.
- Good physical fitness and stamina.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to remain alert for long periods.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and take decisive action under pressure.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and security equipment.
