Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join the team in Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the hair industry and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest hair products, trends, and industry developments.
• Assist in managing inventory, including stock replenishment and product displays.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years experience.
• Proven sales experience in the hair industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of current hair trends and products is a plus.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / Month.
