Job Description

• The ideal candidate will manage the daily operations of the production process in the paint manufacturing facility.
• This involves overseeing the production of industrial paints, ensuring that the entire process is efficient, timely, and compliant with industry standards.
• The candidate will also be responsible for product innovation, staff management, and the continuous improvement of production methods.
• The candidate must be fluent in both English and Igbo languages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee industrial paint production, ensuring quality, cost, and deadline targets are met.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Manage production budgets and inventory in coordination with procurement.
• Collaborate with R&D for product development and improvements.
• Maintain quality control and report performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in industrial paint manufacturing.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both English and Igbo languages.
