Job Description
- We are looking for a qualified Junior HR Business Partner to work closely with the Group HR to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they align with our business goals.
- Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes
- Ensure the maintenance of up-to-date employees records
- Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and objectives
- Work closely with Group HR to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems for all employees
- Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Provide periodic HR reports to the group HR
- Identify employee training needs and implement a training calendar
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Assist in providing daily HR guidance,analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Assist with compensation and benefit processes
- Provide HR policy guidance Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Candidates must have 3-4 years experience
- Proven work experience in Human resource management
- HR Certification
- Excellent people management skills
- Experience with HRIS
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
Salary
N250,000 monthly.
