Job Description
- We are looking for a very and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices within the pharmaceutical with a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with company objectives.
- The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training and development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations, including GMP and other pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Manage and improve the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitiveness within the industry.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and provide strategic advice on organizational development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, industry regulations, and best practices in HR.
- Experience with HR software and tools for managing recruitment, payroll, and employee data.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on data and analysis.
- Certification in HR (e.g., ACIPM, HRPL, PHRI, etc) is a compulsory.
