Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Visual Content Creator to join our dynamic team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging graphics and multimedia content that will enhance the user experience and drive audience growth across our website and social media platforms.

Responsibilities
Design and create high-quality graphics:

• Website banners, social media posts, and advertisements
• Infographics, data visualizations, and interactive elements
• Video editing and motion graphics
• Photo editing and manipulation

Develop engaging visual content:

• Create compelling video content, including highlights, interviews, and documentaries
• Produce short-form video content for social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels)
• Develop creative concepts for visual storytelling
• Maintain brand consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with the website’s brand guidelines and style
• Collaborate with the content team: Work closely with writers, editors, and social media managers to develop and execute creative campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Content Creator (portfolio required)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and design principles
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their visual best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for sports (a plus)

Bonus Points:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D)
• Experience with 3D design software
• Experience with data visualization tools
