Role Overview

  • As we grow, we’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to help us build strong relationships with our community and potential clients.
  • The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in both pre- and post-sales customer communications.
  • You will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing customer satisfaction, and growing our game community. If you have a passion for both games and building meaningful customer relationships, this might be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales and Customer Acquisition:

  • Build and maintain a list of potential clients, including game publishers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Reach out to prospects via email campaigns, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Develop presentations and marketing materials tailored to client needs.
  • Engage in outreach and follow-up for potential business partnerships.

Post-Sales and Customer Communication:

  • Manage ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any queries or concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and our development teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Sales and Marketing Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies aimed at promoting our gaming titles.
  • Execute and oversee marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and community-focused events.
  • Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize engagement and sales.

Community Management and Development:

  • Build, manage, and grow communities on platforms like Discord dedicated to our various game titles.
  • Organize events, community updates, and interactive sessions to keep players engaged and informed.
  • Monitor player feedback from the community and report actionable insights to the team.

Requirements
Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or community management.
  • Prior experience in the gaming industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and managing customer relationships.
  • Experience with community management, particularly on platforms like Discord or Reddit, is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools, CRM software, and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of online community-building practices and player engagement techniques.
