We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Abia
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations:
- Supervise daily branch activities, including sales, credit, and customer service
- Ensure efficient use of resources and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the branch’s portfolio and customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing branch team
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and MFB policies
- Identify and mitigate risks.
Customer Service:
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
Job Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with at least 5 years work experience.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
