Job Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role as an Application Support Officer at Lifestores Healthcare located in Lagos, with some flexibility for hybrid work.
- The Application Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, customer service, and analyzing data to ensure seamless functionality of our digital platforms on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication
- Analytical Skills and Technical Support
- Customer Service skills
- 2 years Experience in troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare technology systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
