Job Summary

  • The Restaurant Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for managing the front desk team, ensuring excellent guest service, and overseeing reservations and guest inquiries.
  • This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to handle high-traffic environments, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries.
  • Train and manage front desk staff to maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Ensure accurate communication between the front desk and kitchen for smooth operations.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain records of reservations, guest preferences, and any feedback.
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Prepare reports on guest satisfaction, front desk performance, and operational challenges.

Requirements

  • 3- 5 years proven experience in a front desk or guest service supervisory role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a busy environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a guest-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and front desk operations software.
