We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: International Study Consultant
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- To work closely with your line manager supporting them in the management of clients database, aiding and support throughout all stages of the recruitment process
- Responding to enquiries and maintaining contact with students via email, telephone, WhatsApp and on social media
- Communicate clearly and effectively across multiple platforms including but not limited to telephone, zoom, emails and face-to-face. Ensuring all communication is logged accurately in the Company’s online management system.
- Ongoing counseling and follow-up with students
- Converting enquiries into applications and subsequent registered students
- Maintaining the student database for follow up activities with students
- Preparing and sending applications on behalf of students
- Conducting follow-up with the University to ensure timely updates and offers for students
- Drafting and reviewing personal statements and CVs for prospective students.
- Visa checking – confirming all documents are correct prior to visa submission.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 2 – 4 years work experience.
