1.) Brand and Marketing Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Brand and Marketing Executive will be in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brand, products, and services.
  • The job entails being responsible for all aspects of theirmarketing operations with the core aim of growing the brand influence, while increasing sales, brand loyalty and awareness.


  • Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.
  • Supervise advertising product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
  • The duties include planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends, drafting of compelling content and effective management of the company’s social media handles.
  • Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer reactions
  • Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
  • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers expectations and to build the credibility of our brand
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
    • Shape and communicate our vision and mission
    • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
    • Manage a team of marketing executives working on brand initiatives

    • Must possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or other related field
    • 3 – 5 years work experience.
    • Must have a proven working experience as Brand and Marketing Manager or Associate Brand Manager
    • Must possess a proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
    • Must be highly experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
    • Must have excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
    • Must have strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
    • Must be data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
    • Must possess outstanding communication skills
    • Should be up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
    • Experience working with an asset management company will be an added advantage.

    2.) Business Operations Analyst

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
    • The role entails leading ongoing reviews of business processes, developing optimization strategies, conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings, performing requirements analysis, and documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
    • The Business operations analyst will communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional team members and management, gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce valuable reports while working closely with the technical and management team.


    • Determine operational objectives by researching business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
    • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; assess system capabilities; and write specifications.
    • Upscale and improve our current method of operations by reviewing current practices and designing modifications.
    • Outline project requirements by defining project milestones, phases, and elements, as well as putting together a project team and developing a project budget.
    • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending corrective actions.
    • Prepare technical reports by compiling, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
    • Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimation models.
    • Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, and operational research to support strategic and business planning across various departments and programs of the client group.
    • Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data to create integrated business analysis and projections for strategic decision-making.

      • A good Higher Educational Degree.
      • 1 – 3 years’ experience as an operations analyst or in a related field.

      Location: Lagos
      Employment Type: Part-time

      Job Summary

      • In this role you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and expanding funding pathways for our existing products across Nigeria through relationships with religious bodies, private companies, International and Local NGOs and Government parastatals, thereby increasing the number of patients who are able to access our exceptional technologies and have a chance at hearing again.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Sales activity– using your sales skills and product knowledge you will be expected to challenge different thinking perspectives and be involved in high level discussions with key stakeholders in diverse sectors.
      • Prospecting for business and partnership opportunities with new and existing businesses with a focus on our entire product portfolio. You will demonstrate successful relationship building with private companies, International NGOs and Government parastatals
      • Business Growth – Surpassing the company’s current business reach in various sectors by identifying, developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in all sectors to drive increased business opportunities.
      • Clinical Support – demonstrating the potential to provide product expertise to recipients and professional customers and Donors, by applying knowledge gained through clinical and/or product training, such as candidacy criteria, in-depth product knowledge of the company’s internal product offerings, product features, brand benefits and software proficiency.

      Key Requirements

      • A good University Degree in any related field.
      • Excellent network reach amongst key stakeholders in the Nigerian Government, private companies, and local and international NGOs.
      • Ability to maintain high level discussions with multidisciplinary Professionals in healthcare and otherwise.
      • Ability to demonstrate flexible work style and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
      • Outstanding communication skills – verbal, written and presentation.
      • Demonstrated ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders with a sense of urgency.

        • 3-5 years of Medical Device Sales experience, especially Pharma experience and/or Certificate of Clinical Competency or Hearing Healthcare industry experience.

        • Significant experience working with or within ENT or hearing aid industries.
        • Prior experience in a multinational organization within the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industries.
        • Audiological background.
